Lisbon – Downtown

Our Lisbon Outlet Tour, starts at your hotel where we will visit Lisbon downtown and ” clime” the hill in direction to Saint George Castle (old moorish castle), certainly  one of the most beautiful views over the city as well as the Tagus river.

Then drive through the different bohemian neighborhoods like; Alfama, Baixa, Chiado and Bairro Alto.

Lisbon – Belem

Arriving in Belem, we visit the Jeronimos Monastery, the Monument of the discoveries and the Tower of Belem, monuments built during the Portuguese ” golden age” XVI to XVIII, the period of the sea explorers.

Time to visit and appreciate  the delicious Pasteis de Belem, a famous custard tart original create in the monastery by the monks.

Vasco da Gama Bridge

Now its time to get on the road, cross one the largest bridges in the world, the Vasco da Gama bridge with 16 kms crossing the Tagus River on an approximately 30-minute drive to Europe’s largest Outlet mall, Freeport.

The Freeporth Outlet is the biggest outlet in Europe, here you will find a lot of clothing shops, shoe shops, and all types of fashion stores you can expect.

You will also find restaurants and bars for a either complete meal or just a simple snack.
