Sand City (Algarve), as the name indicates “Sand City” a city of sand, that’s right incredible sand sculptures. several emblematic monuments around the world. We can certainly find the most famous in this festival, being also considered one of the best theme parks in the Algarve for being unique and different.

Built by more than 60 artists from different continents who come to sculpt more than 90 sculptures with around 50,000 tons of sand, with the theme centered on a Tour of the World filled with emotions.

The Festival has been held in the Algarve since 2003, having created unforgettable moments both during the day and at night. There is also a program of activities parallel to the exhibition of sand sculptures, as well as free pastimes and games.

With the purchase of the ticket everything is included except: Bungee-Trampoline, the Fish Spa, the rental of the Buggy and the consumption in the Bar and in the Shop.

Party recommended at any age and for all families because one thing is certain fun and joy will not be missing.

Timetable and prices

June 8 – July 9: from 10 am to 7 pm (except Sundays and Mondays)

July 10 – September 10: from 11 am to 10 pm (Every day)

September 11 – October 31: from 10 am to 7 pm

November 1 – December 30: from 10 am to 6 pm

The Sand City enclosure is an outdoor space, so in the event of adverse weather conditions the organization is not responsible for any lack of technical conditions or that, for the same reasons, there are changes in the time of the visit.
