Porto City Center

Built in the 12th century in Romanesque style, it was later transformed into Gothic and Baroque, featuring three naves filled with gilded carvings, using more than 300 kilograms of gold. The Tree of Jesse, a polychrome sculpture, is one of the best in the world. At the 19th-century Palácio da Bolsa, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the “Pátio das Nações” and the Arab Hall, with decorative stuccoes, marbled floors, and embedded coats of arms, offer a unique experience with sculptures and oil paintings.
