Day 1: Journey to Porto, Historic Center & Port Wine Cellar in Gaia

We leave Lisbon in the morning and travel north toward Porto, enjoying the changing landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, we explore the city’s historic center, including highlights such as the Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower and the famous Lello Bookstore. The day also includes a visit and tasting at a traditional Port wine cellar in Vila Nova de Gaia, included in the tour price.

Day 2: Scenic Landscapes of the Douro Valley & Premium Gaia Cellars Tasting

We spend our second day discovering the majestic Douro Valley, the world’s oldest demarcated wine region and a UNESCO World Heritage site. We travel along spectacular roads overlooking terraced vineyards and the Douro River, with a stop in Pinhão and its historic tiled railway station. The day also includes a visit and wine tasting at a selected winery, included in the tour price.

Accommodation is not included. Guests must book and pay for it separately.

Day 3: Return to Lisbon via Cultural Stops in Coimbra and Fatima

We begin our return journey to Lisbon with two important stops. First, we visit Coimbra, the historic “City of Students,” to explore the prestigious University of Coimbra, founded in 1290, including the Paço das Escolas and the Joanina Library, with admission tickets included. We then continue to Fátima, one of the world’s most important Marian pilgrimage sites, before returning to Lisbon.
