No. The enquiry only asks us to verify availability. The booking becomes confirmed after you receive the written proposal, accept the conditions and complete the required payment.

The target response time is within 2 business hours during published office hours. Multi-day or highly customised requests may require additional planning.

Sometimes, but availability depends on guides, vehicles and monument tickets. Same-day and next-day requests should also be followed by phone or WhatsApp.

Date changes depend on availability and supplier conditions. Contact the team as soon as possible so alternatives can be checked.

Most private day tours use a group price for a defined vehicle capacity. Each tour page states the group size, price and any exceptions.

The tour page lists transport, guide, pickup, tickets, water, tolls and taxes when applicable. Lunch, optional tickets and personal expenses are normally separate unless stated otherwise.

Payment is requested only after availability, itinerary, group price and conditions are confirmed in writing. No payment is taken through the initial enquiry form.

The confirmed price should not change unless the guest requests additional services, changes the group size or alters the itinerary.

For standard day tours, cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start qualify for a full refund. Later cancellations may be non-refundable, except where mandatory law or your confirmed proposal provides otherwise. Multi-day journeys and prepaid services may have different deadlines or non-refundable deposits, disclosed before payment. See the cancellation policy and the conditions in your written confirmation.

Most tours operate in normal rain or fog. The route may be adapted for safety, visibility or monument conditions. Cancellation only occurs when operation is unsafe or impractical.

The guide proposes an alternative monument or route. Any ticket differences or refunds are explained before the replacement is accepted.
