Day 1: Évora, Monsaraz & the Alentejo

Our 3-day Alentejo journey begins in Lisbon, heading into one of Portugal’s most distinctive regions. We will explore Évora, with its Roman heritage, medieval streets and historic center, before continuing through the Alentejo countryside toward Monsaraz, a beautifully preserved hilltop village overlooking Alqueva. We end the day in Monsaraz, where we will stay overnight and enjoy its peaceful atmosphere and remarkable views.

Day 2: Monsaraz, Alqueva & São Pedro do Corval

Discover the charm of Monsaraz, a beautifully preserved medieval village overlooking the vast Alqueva Lake. We then continue through the Alentejo countryside to São Pedro do Corval, renowned for its long tradition of handmade pottery and artisan workshops, offering a closer look at one of the region’s most distinctive crafts.

Accommodation is not included. Guests must book and pay for it separately.

Day 3: Arraiolos, Sesimbra & Return to Lisbon

We begin our return to Lisbon with a stop in Arraiolos, known for its traditional hand-embroidered rugs and distinctive circular medieval castle. We then continue south to Sesimbra, a charming coastal town overlooked by its historic Moorish castle, before completing the journey back to Lisbon.
